The brief
ZA Accountancy is a bookkeeping and accountancy firm based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, supporting sole traders, contractors and limited companies across the UK. Their focus is making financial support feel straightforward, approachable and stress-free. They needed a modern, professional accountancy website that clearly explained their services, built trust with potential clients and showed how simple it is to switch accountants.
What I built
I designed and built a multi-page Squarespace website that introduces ZA Accountancy's bookkeeping, tax and accountancy services the moment visitors arrive, with clear routes for sole traders, contractors and limited companies. Dedicated service pages cover bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, self-assessment tax returns and business support, so visitors can find exactly what they need.
A clear switching section explains how easy it is to move from an existing accountant, which removes one of the biggest reasons businesses put off changing. Contact details and enquiry forms are easy to reach from every page, making it simple for business owners to get in touch.
The approach
To reflect ZA Accountancy's approachable and reliable brand, I created a clean, structured layout with simple navigation and clear calls to action throughout. Financial services can feel complicated, so the design focuses on making information easy to digest while keeping the professional appearance that business owners expect from someone handling their accounts. Custom CSS keeps every element polished and responsive across all screen sizes.
