This Licence Agreement outlines the terms of use for the downloadable plugins, code snippets, and custom scripts available on our plugins page.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any plugin or code from ePilot Web Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

What you can do

  • Use on Client Projects: You may use the purchased plugin on your own website or on websites you build for clients.

  • Modify for Personal Use: You’re welcome to customise the code to suit your specific project needs.

  • Use on Multiple Sites You Own: You may install the plugin on multiple sites that you personally own and manage.

What you can not do

  • No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any part of the code—whether modified or unmodified.

  • No Inclusion in Commercial Templates: The plugin may not be included in themes, templates, or tools intended for resale or public distribution.

  • No Claiming as Your Own: You must not claim authorship or original ownership of the plugin or its source code.

Licence type

All plugins are sold under a Single Developer Licence. This means:

  • You (the purchaser) are licensed to use the plugin in your own or your clients’ projects.

  • You are not permitted to distribute, sublicense, or sell the plugin in any form, as part of any platform, or as a standalone product.

All plugins and snippets sold via ePilot Web Design are the intellectual property of ePilot Web Design.
All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Fair use

We aim to make our plugins affordable and accessible to freelancers, small business owners, and agencies. To support ongoing updates and development, we kindly ask that you respect these terms and do not share or distribute the code without permission.
