The brief
Sofia's Weddings & Events is run by Sofia Gallo, a destination wedding planner organising weddings across the UK, France and Italy. She needed a clean, elegant wedding planner website that felt timeless and effortless to browse, presented her services and destinations clearly, and made it easy for couples to enquire.
What I built
I designed and built a one-page Wix website, with anchor links in the navigation that take visitors straight to each section. Couples can explore Sofia's wedding planning services, see the destinations she works in across the UK, France and Italy, and browse a curated portfolio of real weddings she has planned. A simple enquiry form at the end of the page makes getting in touch quick and easy.
The approach
Couples planning a destination wedding are making a big emotional and financial decision, so the design needed to build trust without feeling overwhelming. I created an image-led layout that lets real wedding photography take centre stage, with clearly defined sections and a calm, elegant feel throughout. Keeping everything on one scrolling page means couples can understand Sofia's experience, style and offering in a few minutes, then enquire while they're still inspired.
The result
A clean, professional one-page wedding planner website that reflects Sofia's brand and makes a strong first impression on couples. It shows that a well-designed one-page site can be all a wedding or events business needs: stylish, easy to navigate and built to encourage enquiries.
